No hidden fees, no surprises. Choose the plan that fits your needs and scale as you grow.
HOW IT WORKS
Software projects work differently than traditional services. At the beginning of your project, we work through your requirements and break them down into discrete features—the building blocks of your application.
Think of features like Lego bricks. Each one is a specific piece of functionality with clear definitions and acceptance criteria. Examples include user authentication, payment processing integration, data export functionality, or a custom reporting dashboard.
This approach gives you complete pricing transparency. You know exactly what you're paying for, what to expect, and how each feature contributes to your final product. No vague estimates, no labour cost blowouts, no hidden fees.
Perfect for small projects or one-off features.

We believe in complete transparency. Here's what our pricing doesn't cover:
Hosting fees, domain registration, API subscriptions, or payment processing fees are billed separately.
We focus on development. For branding, UI/UX design, or graphic design, we can recommend trusted partners.
Fixing or refactoring existing codebases written by others requires separate scoping and pricing.
Writing copy, creating images, or producing video content is not included in development pricing.
Initial handoff is included. Extended training or documentation beyond basics is quoted separately.
Bug fixes are covered under guarantee. New features, content updates, or scope changes are additional.
Every feature we build comes with a minimum 6-month guarantee (up to 2 years for Enterprise and In-House plans). If something breaks or doesn't work as specified, we'll fix it at no additional cost.
This guarantee covers bugs, performance issues, and functionality not working as originally specified. It's our commitment to quality and your peace of mind.
We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for your project.
We'll break down your project into features with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
We get to work building your solution with regular updates and a guaranteed delivery timeline.
Everything you need to know about our pricing and services
No work is billable until after features and acceptance criteria are fully defined. After this point for snippets a 50% deposit is required prior to development beginning, on receipt of which your 5-7 day development window begins. The remaining 50% is due upon demonstration of acceptance criteria but prior to delivery of final files or deployment. Payment is invoiced per snippet.
Monthly plans are not accepted or invoiced until the first set of features and acceptance criteria are fully defined. Monthly plans are started on a rolling basis, meaning you can start a month on any Monday. A month is defined as 4 weeks and is billed in advance in two parts on week 1 and week 3 of the month. For customers in good standing net-30 payment terms may be made available upon request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For Basic and Enterprise plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For In-House plans, we require two months' notice. All completed work remains yours, and the 6 month to 2 year guarantee on deliverables remains valid.
The guaranteed support period covers bug fixes and issues related to the delivered work at no additional cost. This includes functionality not working as specified, errors, or performance issues. It does not cover new feature requests, changes to requirements, or modifications to the original scope.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades can take effect immediately if we have capacity, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
Pricing does not include third-party services (hosting, domains, API fees), existing codebase remediation, training sessions beyond initial handoff, or ongoing content updates. We'll provide a detailed breakdown of any additional costs during the discovery phase.
For snippets, if we cannot meet the defined acceptance criteria, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit. For subscriptions, you're only billed for work completed. If you're not satisfied within the first month, we'll work to make it right or provide a prorated refund.
A feature is a discrete unit of functionality with defined acceptance criteria. Examples: user authentication, payment processing integration, data export functionality, or a custom reporting dashboard. During planning, we break down your project into specific features to ensure transparency and alignment.
Enterprise gives you up to 20 hours per week of remote development work. In-House includes up to 38 hours per week total, with up to 24 of those hours available for on-site work at your location. In-House also requires a two-month cancellation notice instead of cancel-anytime.
Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of snippets you can request. Each snippet is scoped, quoted, and delivered independently. If you have ongoing snippet needs, a Basic subscription might be more cost-effective.
